COORDINATOR

Your role
As Commercial Reservations Coordinator, you are the commercial heartbeat of our rentals department. Together with the Bookings Team you create the perfect match between guests and our exclusive collection of luxury villas and apartments, manage reservations, and actively contribute to revenue, yield, and occupancy optimization.
You work closely with operations and marketing and feel comfortable switching between systems, guest communication, and commercial decision-making.
Who are you?
- You are a natural matchmaker with strong commercial instincts
- You think strategically but act hands-on
- You are familiar with OTA platforms, revenue and yield concepts
- You work accurately and have strong attention to detail
- You enjoy working with systems, planning tools, and digital platforms
- You communicate easily in multiple languages
- You enjoy supporting colleagues in operations and marketing
- Experience with reservation systems is a plus
- Hybrid working is possible; Coral Estate Plaza is your base at least 4 days per week.
